I started coaching because I got tired of watching strong people get hurt doing dumb things. The standard "more is more" approach burns through joints and motivation in roughly the same timeline.

Triple G Fitness is built on the opposite assumption: pick the few movements that matter, train them with intent, and let the volume earn itself.

Most clients are 30–55 years old, training around real lives, sometimes around old injuries. Some have lifted forever. Some have never picked up a barbell.

The work looks the same either way — assessment, baseline, programming, and the boring discipline of showing up to do hard things twice a week.
